Morning: Depart early from Arusha (around 7:00 AM) for a scenic 6–7 hour drive through the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy dramatic landscapes, volcanic plains, and traditional Maasai villages along the way.

Afternoon: Arrive at Maasai Giraffe Eco Lodge, check in, rest, and enjoy a hot meal.

Evening/Night: After an early dinner and short rest, transfer to the base of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai around 11:00 PM. Begin your night trek with an experienced mountain guide, aiming to reach the summit at sunrise. The trek is steep and challenging, taking 5–7 hours depending on pace and weather.

Early Morning: Reach the summit (~2,962 m / 9,718 ft) around sunrise for incredible panoramic views over the Rift Valley, Mount Meru, and Lake Natron below. Take time to appreciate the sacred volcanic landscape before beginning the descent.

Late Morning: Return to the lodge for a well-earned breakfast and rest.
